A: Due to copyright agreements, we cannot reproduce any photos or artwork unless you have a release form from the photographer or copyright holder.

 

Q: Will my original photo be returned.

A:Yes, your original photo will be returned to you along with your canvas print. All submitted pictures are scanned and digitally captured. Your original is never altered. We are not responsible for submitted photos that are lost or damaged by the shipper.

Q: What pictures make the best Canvas Treasures

A:

  • Original photos or digital files from your digital camera that are Clear ,clean, colorful and in focus.

  • The larger the photo or digital file the better, send at least a 3 1/2 x5 up to 8 x 10.

  • Do not write on the front or back of your photos.

  • If the photo is out of focus, there is no way to correct it.

  • If we feel we cannot reproduce your picture up to our standards for what ever reason we will contact you for your instructions or approval before we proceed.
